Job summary

IUX is seeking a Human Resources Manager to serve as a strategic partner driving the full employee lifecycle across Asia. You will partner with leaders, build scalable HR processes, and ensure compliance across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology or related field.
• 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, regional HR Generalist or HRBP role preferred.
• Solid understanding of Malaysian Employment Act.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR operations for Asia Operations office and regional remote employees.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and employee relations initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end Recruitment, Employee Relations, HR Operations, Performance Management, HR Compliance, and Compensation & Benefits.
• Ensure HR policies, immigration, and employment practices remain compliant.
• Oversee performance reviews, compensation cycles, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide data-driven insights for business decisions.
• Collaborate with Global HR Team to ensure consistent HR practices across regions.
• Drive automation and operational excellence across HR processes.

The Human Resources Manager is a strategic business partner responsible for leading the full employee lifecycle while supporting business growth across multiple countries. This role goes beyond day-to-day HR operations and requires someone who can build scalable HR processes, influence leaders, solve complex people issues, and drive operational excellence. You will work closely with the Global HR Team, hiring managers, and business leaders to deliver a consistent employee experience while ensuring compliance across different jurisdictions. The ideal candidate is highly proactive, data-driven, commercially aware, and able to work independently in a fast-paced global environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the day-to-day HR operations for the Asia Operations office and regional remote employees.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, employee relations, and people initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with the Global HR Team to ensure consistent HR practices across all regions.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence across HR processes.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline.
• 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a regional HR Generalist or HRBP role.
• Strong experience across: Recruitment, Employee Relations, HR Operations, Performance Management, HR Compliance, Compensation & Benefits.
• Solid understanding of Malaysian Employment Act.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• High level of integrity and ability to manage confidential information.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred Experience

• FinTech, Financial Services, Forex, Crypto, Technology, or multinational organizations.
• Experience supporting multiple countries or regional HR operations.
• Experience with employment passes, immigration, or expatriate management.
• Experience using Darwinbox, Deel, or other HRIS platforms.
• Experience building HR dashboards and reporting using Excel, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
• Experience handling organizational restructuring and change management.
• Experience working closely with legal counsel on employment matters.
