About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at TECH MAX GROUP in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Kuala Lumpur. As a full-time employee, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our HR strategy to support the growth and development of our organization.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure optimal employee engagement and productivity

Managing the full employee life cycle including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations

Overseeing compensation and benefits administration to ensure market competitiveness and compliance

Spearheading talent management initiatives to identify, develop, and retain top talent

Collaborating with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals

Monitoring and reporting on key HR metrics to drive continuous improvement

Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations

Manage daily HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, and record-keeping

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

5+ years of progressive HR experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role

Proven track record in developing and implementing effective HR strategies and policies

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Proficient in the use of HR information systems and data analytics

Passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
