Company Background

We are representing our client in the Mining & Building Materials industry. As the company prepares for expansion, they are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented HR Managerto be based at their HQ in Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with the company goals.
  • Lead full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development, employee engagement and payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and industry-specific safety and employment regulations.
  • Partner with departmental heads to assess staffing needs and workforce planning.
  • Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee HR reporting, budgeting, and headcount planning.
  • Support organizational development, succession planning, and change management initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 7 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or heavy industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
