We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our HR function. This role is pivotal in aligning HR strategies with business goals and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Scope of work:

  1. Development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  2. Management of recruitment processes and new hire onboarding.
  3. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  4. Management of employee compensation, welfare and benefits.
  5. Management of annual HR exercises such as annual performance appraisal, salary review and bonus payments, and budget planning.
  6. Management of employee disciplinary procedures and grievances.
  7. Nurture a positive working environment.
  8. Delivery of management advice on strategic HR matters to senior management.
  9. Development of employee engagement strategies to improve employee communication and satisfaction.
  10. Management of day-to-day HR operations, payroll and all other ad-hoc activities.
  11. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or a Tertiary level qualification in a relevant subject.
  • At least 6 -10 years of experience in Human Resources Management.
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment, compensation development and employee engagement.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and familiarity with local labour regulations.
  • Literacy in software applications e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Independent, meticulous, and friendly.
  • Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English, written and spoken.
  • Experience in the environmental sector is a plus.
