Role Description

This is a full-time Human Resources Manager role at HAOS BERHAD located in Johor Bahru. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws. This position requires on-site presence.

Qualifications

1. Recruitment, Training, and Performance Management skills
2. Employee Relations and Compliance with Employment Laws knowledge
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong organizational and leadership abilities
5. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
6. Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a plus
7. Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and regulations
