Job description

Oversee recruitment and manpower planning.

Manage compensation and benefits programs.

2.Policy Development

Assist in reviewing, developing, and implementing HR policies.

Ensure policies align with company direction and statutory requirements.

Ensure legal compliance in all HR practices.

3.Employee Affairs Resolution

Address and resolve employee-related issues and concerns.

4.Compliance Monitoring

Ensure all HR activities comply with legal requirements and relevant Employment Act.

5.Liaison with Authorities

Communicate with local authorities on employee-related issues.

Manage applications for new foreign workers, including work permit renewals and FOMEMA.

6.Training and Development

Coordinate and monitor training and development programs.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training conducted within the company.

7.Payroll Management

Review timesheets, allowances, and incentives to ensure accuracy in payroll.

8.Budget Management

Prepare and monitor HR budget and costing reports.

9.Company Documentation

Develop and maintain the company profile, HR handbook, and organizational chart.

10.Event Management

Provide support in organizing company events, meetings, and employee welfare programs.

11.Ad-Hoc Assignments

Perform other tasks and projects as assignedbymanagement

Requirement:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources/business or a related field
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, SQL Payroll system.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written.
