Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Mercury Consultancy located in Gelugor, Penang Island. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, training, employee relations, and HR policies and procedures. They will also handle performance management, compensation, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
