Key Responsibilities
- HRIS System Administration & Support
- Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and integrity
- Be the first point of contact for HRIS-related queries and system support
- Troubleshoot user issues and escalate technical matters where necessary
- Support access control, system security, and data privacy compliance
Reporting & Data Analytics
- Generate and manage scheduled and ad hoc HR reports (e.g., headcount, attrition)
- Contribute to data analysis and insights for business decisions
- Assist in building simple dashboards or visualizations (Power BI or Excel)
Data Integrity & Management
- Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and legal compliance (PDPA, GDPR)
- Support data migration tasks and system updates during upgrades
- Handle sensitive information with utmost professionalism and confidentiality
Process Documentation & Testing
- Document workflows, SOPs, and system processes clearly and accessibly
- Contribute to user guides and knowledge materials for staff training
- Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) during system rollouts or enhancements
Project & Automation Support
- Support automation of HR processes (e.g., onboarding, self-service tools)
- Provide coordination support for ongoing HR tech projects
- Collaborate across teams to find creative, simple, and scalable solutions
Requirements
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Admin or related field
- 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates with strong internship experience in HRIS are encouraged to apply
Technical Skills
- Strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas); Power BI knowledge is a bonus
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Ramco, Workday, Oracle, or SAP
- Basic understanding of HR processes: onboarding, payroll, employee lifecycle
