Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience; fresh graduates with strong internship experience encouraged.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, formulas); Power BI knowledge is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and basic HR processes.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • HRIS System Administration & Support
  • Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and integrity
  • Be the first point of contact for HRIS-related queries and system support
  • Troubleshoot user issues and escalate technical matters where necessary
  • Support access control, system security, and data privacy compliance

Reporting & Data Analytics

  • Generate and manage scheduled and ad hoc HR reports (e.g., headcount, attrition)
  • Contribute to data analysis and insights for business decisions
  • Assist in building simple dashboards or visualizations (Power BI or Excel)

Data Integrity & Management

  • Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and legal compliance (PDPA, GDPR)
  • Support data migration tasks and system updates during upgrades
  • Handle sensitive information with utmost professionalism and confidentiality

Process Documentation & Testing

  • Document workflows, SOPs, and system processes clearly and accessibly
  • Contribute to user guides and knowledge materials for staff training
  • Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) during system rollouts or enhancements

Project & Automation Support

  • Support automation of HR processes (e.g., onboarding, self-service tools)
  • Provide coordination support for ongoing HR tech projects
  • Collaborate across teams to find creative, simple, and scalable solutions

Requirements

  • Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Admin or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates with strong internship experience in HRIS are encouraged to apply

Technical Skills

  • Strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas); Power BI knowledge is a bonus
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Ramco, Workday, Oracle, or SAP
  • Basic understanding of HR processes: onboarding, payroll, employee lifecycle
