We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to service one of our client's based in Australia. This role offers remote work opportunity and involves supporting our clients' human resources needs.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including contracts and documentation
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with HR systems and policies
- Process payroll and ensure accuracy in salary, leave, and benefit calculations
- Support recruitment activities: job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and reference checks
- Liaise with internal departments (payroll, IT, finance) to support smooth employee lifecycle processes
- Monitor probation periods, send reminders, and track key HR timelines
- Assist with HR reporting (new hires, exits, contract updates, leave balances)
- Support training coordination and ensure compliance with relevant certifications (e.g., RSA, first aid)
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and cultural events
- Handle HR documentation, verifications, and visa/employment letters
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all HR-related communication and records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- 3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
