Job description

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to service one of our client's based in Australia. This role offers remote work opportunity and involves supporting our clients' human resources needs.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including contracts and documentation
  • Manage employee records and ensure compliance with HR systems and policies
  • Process payroll and ensure accuracy in salary, leave, and benefit calculations
  • Support recruitment activities: job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and reference checks
  • Liaise with internal departments (payroll, IT, finance) to support smooth employee lifecycle processes
  • Monitor probation periods, send reminders, and track key HR timelines
  • Assist with HR reporting (new hires, exits, contract updates, leave balances)
  • Support training coordination and ensure compliance with relevant certifications (e.g., RSA, first aid)
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and cultural events
  • Handle HR documentation, verifications, and visa/employment letters
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all HR-related communication and records

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
  • 3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
