Job description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and assisting with employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and performance management. This position requires a strong understanding of HR best practices and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Administer and support day-to-day HR activities, including the implementation and execution of HR programs and policies.
  2. Stay current with trends, best practices, regulatory updates, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  3. Manage contractor-related processes, including onboarding, compliance, and performance monitoring.
  4. Ensure compliance with company regulations and industry standards, while continuously improving safety services and maintaining the operational effectiveness of the plant's service management system.
  5. Serve as a liaison in the execution of management directives and operational measures.
  6. Develop, revise, and implement evaluation systems for outsourced services to ensure legal compliance and alignment with company outsourcing policies.
  7. Respond to employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex issues to senior HR staff as needed.
  8. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend enhancements to align learning outcomes with business goals.
  9. Maintain accurate training records in compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
  10. Design and deliver onboarding sessions, internal training programs, and soft skills workshops for employees.
  11. Identify, source, and coordinate with external training providers or facilitators when needed.
  12. Perform other HR duties and support tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with minimum 3 years related working experience in Human Resources or related area.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with strong speaking and writing skills in both language
  • Managerial experience will be an added advantage.
