Job description

1. Formulate, review, and implement policies and procedures in line with the organization's goals and objectives.

2. Responsible for daily HR administration activities, including coordinating recruitment, interview sessions, and employee welfare.

3. Coordinate overall training activities and conduct induction/orientation programs for new employees.

4. Handle training matters such as establishing training plans, arranging training programs, conducting training evaluations, and monitoring training budgets and expenses.

5. Maintain all training records in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

6. Review monthly records and purchase requests prepared by the Admin Clerk before submitting them to other departments.

7. Conduct employee appraisals regularly and compile annual performance appraisals for analysis.

8. Liaise with employment agents for foreign worker recruitment, follow up on the application process until workers are received, and update visa expiry records to take necessary actions for renewal or termination.

9. Communicate and coordinate with government authorities as required.

Requirements:
  1. Preferably a minimum of a Diploma with 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  2. Preferably a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Social Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  3. Good knowledge of Malaysian Labour Laws, Immigration procedures, and related legislation.
  4. Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently.
  5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate and negotiate across all levels of staff.
  6. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia; fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
  7. Strong analytical and presentation skills with high computer literacy.
