Human Resources Executive (Recruitment)

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for local hires, foreign workers, and expatriates.

Liaise with recruitment agencies, job portals, and relevant authorities for work permits and visa processing.

Conduct interviews, coordinate selection processes, and support onboarding.

2. Training & Development

Plan and coordinate annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA).

Administer training programs, workshops, and HRDC-claimable training courses.

Monitor training effectiveness and maintain accurate training records.

3. Occupational Safety & Health Compliance (OSHC)

Ensure compliance with OSHA 1994 and related regulations.

Coordinate internal OSH activities and safety training.

Work closely with the Safety Committee and assist in managing workplace safety risks and incident reporting.

Job Requirements

Diploma or higher qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field.

Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience.

Fresh Graduate are welcome.

Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor law, immigration procedures, and OSHA regulations.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word.

Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Able to work independently with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.

Able to work at Taman Perling, JB
