Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR support in recruitment process and updates;
  • Prepare employment and resignation related correspondence letters;
  • Perform payroll administration and updates employee’s database timely;
  • Check staff claims, allowances, and reimbursements;
  • Handle ISO administration and requirement process (Training & Development);
  • Assist superior and line managers in dealing with grievances and disciplinary issues;
  • Handle foreign work pass application, renewal, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent;
  • At least 3 years or more of direct hands-on HR experience, preferably in General HR function;
  • Familiar with Sarawak Labour Ordinance, Employment Act, and statutory employment bodies and foreign work pass regulations and procedures;
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, Google Workspace; knowledge of SAP Payroll software is an added advantage;
  • Able to meet multi-task deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment; good planning and follow-up skills;
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and good written and spoken skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English;
  • Service-oriented with a positive attitude, proactive, and meticulous.
