Job description

We are representing a well-known oil and gas company in Puchong. As they are expanding, they are looking for Human ResourcesExecutive to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, resume screening, scheduling interviews and job offer.
  • Help in monthly payroll and process OT calculation and claims and also statutory contribution such as EPF SOSCO EIS.
  • Identify and provide the suitable training and development programs to the employees based on their needs and career growth.
  • Conduct performance appraisal and performance management to make sure the performance of the employees can help the company to achieve its goals and objectives.
  • Maintain and update employee records for payroll, compensation and compliance purposes.
  • Manage the employees compensation and benefits packages.
  • Stay updated with the latest human resource policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum with Diploma/ Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or any relevant field. Minimum 2 years of working experience in Human Resource field Have experience in recruitment and payroll.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin and English due to business nature.

Working Hour: Monday Friday, 8:30am 6:00pm
