Le rôle implique la gestion des avantages des employés, le traitement de la paie et le suivi du développement du personnel. Le candidat idéal aura un diplôme en RH ou en administration des affaires, ainsi que d'excellentes compétences en communication.

Qualifications

• Diplôme ou licence en ressources humaines, administration des affaires ou domaine similaire.
• Excellentes compétences en communication et relations interpersonnelles.
• Expérience préalable dans un rôle de soutien RH est un atout.

Responsibilities

• Gérer l'utilisation des avantages des employés, y compris la paie et les congés.
• Surveiller la formation et le développement du personnel.
• Vérifier et mettre à jour les dossiers de présence et de congé.

Job description

Managing employee benefits utilization such as overtime, salary, allowances, leaves, time-off & medical benefits as per Employee Handbook..

Staff training & development monitoring.

Processing Advance & Monthly payroll for staff/worker & Foreign worker Responsible for checking and updating employee’s overtime, shift pattern, attendance, leave record, meal allowance, shift allowance

Prepare monthly report(MC, Late In, Disciplinary status)

Maintain/ update personal profile in the system and filling personal file

Uploading statutory contribution payment (EPF,SOCSO,EIS,TAX)

To organize proper record keeping and filing of staffs correspondences and documents.

Handle all employee personal file and disciplinary issues and responsible to ensure high confidentiality is maintained at all times.

To liaison with governmental bodies (EPF / SOCSO / LHDN / JTK / Industrial)

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Proficient in MS Office and HR software (HR2000) is an advantage

Prior experience in an HR support role is an advantage
