Une entreprise dynamique en Malaisie recherche un Human Resources Executive pour soutenir les opérations RH quotidiennes. Le candidat retenu sera responsable du processus d'embauche, de la gestion des dossiers des employés, et de la conformité avec les lois du travail. Ce rôle nécessite une attention aux détails, de fortes compétences interpersonnelles et une expérience pertinente en ressources humaines.

Qualifications

  • Baccalauréat en gestion des ressources humaines ou discipline connexe.
  • 2-3 ans d'expérience pertinente.
  • Connaissance des lois du travail et des meilleures pratiques RH.

Join Our Team as a Human Resources Executive

Are you detail-oriented, resourceful, and passionate about HR? We’re looking for a dedicated Human Resources Executive to support the daily HR operations and contribute to building a positive, compliant, and engaging workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate the entire hiring process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new team members.
  2. Responsible for all HR documentation including letter of appointment, transfer, confirmation, resignation, renewal of contract, etc.
  3. Handle employee benefits, medical, leave, and group insurance administration.
  4. Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
  5. Maintain training and development records for audit and compliance purposes.
  6. Handle HRD Corp (HRDC) training grant application and post-training claims.
  7. Maintain employee records (personal files).
  8. Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  9. Perform any other tasks or assignments as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in an HR generalist role.
  • Good knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR-related systems.
