Join Our Team as a Human Resources Executive
Are you detail-oriented, resourceful, and passionate about HR? We’re looking for a dedicated Human Resources Executive to support the daily HR operations and contribute to building a positive, compliant, and engaging workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the entire hiring process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new team members.
- Responsible for all HR documentation including letter of appointment, transfer, confirmation, resignation, renewal of contract, etc.
- Handle employee benefits, medical, leave, and group insurance administration.
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
- Maintain training and development records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Handle HRD Corp (HRDC) training grant application and post-training claims.
- Maintain employee records (personal files).
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Perform any other tasks or assignments as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in an HR generalist role.
- Good knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR-related systems.
