A leading software development company in Malaysia is seeking a Human Resources Executive to manage HR functions including recruitment, payroll processing, and employee benefits. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in HR or related fields, along with strong communication skills and HR law knowledge. This role offers a stable, full-time position with hybrid working arrangements post-confirmation, a collaborative environment, and opportunities for professional growth.
Coordinating job postings, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and facilitating new employee orientations.
Process payroll ensuring compliance with statutory deductions (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, Levy), and handle overtime and commission calculations.
Responsible for all HR documentation including letter of appointment, transfer, confirmation, resignation, warning letter, etc.
Handle employee benefits, medical, leave and group insurance administration.
Record Company belongings such as Notebook, handphone, uniform, etc.
Office administration such as booking hotel, flight ticket and assist on company event, etc.
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
Maintain training and development records for ISO audit requirements.
Handle HRD Corp training grant application and post training claims.
Maintain employee records and managing attendance system.
Generating HR reports for Management.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Any other tasks or assignments as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in HR generalist role.
Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR related system.
Proficient with both spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
5 days week, Monday - Friday (9.00am - 6.00pm). Full time permanent job
Hybrid working arrangements after confirmation. (2 days' work from home)
Working location at The Cube Commercial Business Park, Bandar Puteri Puchong nearby LRT station.
