A Human Resources Executive supports and advises management on policies to enhance staff experience, manages employee relations, and assists with training and succession planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and advise managers on HR policies and procedures
  • Manage succession planning during bi-annual appraisals
  • Handle employee relations confidentially, including disciplinary actions and grievances
  • Monitor employee absence in line with company policies
  • Maintain HR systems, payroll, and generate monthly reports
  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and immigration checks
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including training
  • Organize team social events
  • Collaborate with local organizations and schools to promote hospitality careers
  • Promote staff benefits and assist with queries
  • Support trainees and training initiatives
  • Assist with compensation, benefits, and payroll processes
Candidate Profile:
