Job summary

A healthcare solutions provider in Petaling Jaya is seeking a Human Resource Executive to support the full employee lifecycle, handle HR administrative tasks, and ensure compliance with statutory contributions. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a related field, with 1–2 years of experience in HR. Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply. Job Description – Human Resource Executive

Support the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, performance reviews, and offboarding.

Provide day-to-day HR administrative support and handle employee queries effectively.

Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and HR-related databases.

Assist in updating HR documents, contracts, and employee handbook.

Assist in preparing monthly payroll and ensuring accuracy of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF).

Support in administering staff benefits, allowances, and leave management.

Maintain records for claims, attendance, and overtime.

Employee Relations & Engagement

Handle routine HR matters such as attendance, leave applications, staff discipline, and grievance procedures.

Provide support in employee engagement activities and welfare programs.

Assist in organizing company events, training, and employee activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of HR working experience. (Fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply.)

Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
