Le candidat idéal a un diplôme en ressources humaines, 1-2 ans d’expérience, et des compétences en communication en plusieurs langues. Job description

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Coordinate the hiring process, including drafting and posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.

Developing and maintaining good relationship with employment agencies and other recruitment resources

Maintain candidate databases and manage recruitment trackers.

b) Onboarding and Orientation:

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the organization.

Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and culture.

Coordinate with various departments to provide necessary training and resources to new employees.

c) Employee Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and assistance as needed.

Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees or between employees and management.

Implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and improve morale.

d) Performance Management:

Assist in the development and implementation of performance evaluation processes.

Provide support to managers in setting performance goals and providing feedback to employees.

Identify areas for improvement and recommend training or development opportunities.

e) Compensation and Benefits:

Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and incentives.

Stay informed about market trends and best practices in compensation and benefits to ensure competitiveness.

Assist employees with inquiries related to their compensation and benefits packages.

f) HR Administration:

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.

Assist in payroll processes and manage benefits enrollment and changes.

Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.

g) Compliance and Legal Matters:

Stay up to date on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Assist with investigations and disciplinary actions when necessary.

Work closely with legal counsel to address employment-related issues and mitigate legal risks.

h) HR Projects and Initiatives:

Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as policy development, organizational restructuring, or employee development programs.

Collaborate with other HR team members to implement the best practices and improve HR processes.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.

At least 1-2 years of work experience in this position.

Able to write and communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (in order to communicate with management).

Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

Candidates with experience in a construction company will be an added advantage.
