About the role

We're seeking an experienced Human Resources Executive to join our dynamic team at ACTER TECHNOLOGY MALAYSIA SDN. BHD in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time position, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing our HR operations, ensuring we attract, retain and develop top talent to drive the success of our organization.

What you'll be doing
  • Assisting with the full employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and exit processes
  • Administering employee benefits, payroll and leave management systems
  • Providing HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a range of HR-related matters
  • Maintaining and updating HR policies, procedures and documentation
  • Coordinating employee engagement initiatives and training programs
  • Monitoring HR metrics and reporting on key people data
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic HR initiatives
  • Ensure all HR practices comply with the Employment Act 1955, EPF Act, SOCSO Act, and other relevant labor laws
  • Update HR policies and procedures in line with company and legal requirements
What we're looking for
  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar HR generalist role, ideally within the construction industry or related field
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
