We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Executive to help source potential candidates from various online channels. We are a fast-growing homestay business. Fast growth means fast promotions for the best candidates.

Requirements:
Required language(s): Fluent in spoken/written English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
Experience with HR or recruitment is a plus.
Experience with sourcing techniques.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Candidates with a Human Resources diploma or degree are a plus.
