We're looking for a people-centric
Human Resources Executive required for our Human Resources Division.
Job Summary
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring, as well as onboarding new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive work environment, and resolving workplace conflicts.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage payroll, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Training and Development: Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth.
- Performance Management: Assist in implementing performance evaluation systems, provide feedback, and support performance improvement initiatives.
- Policy Implementation: Help develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Engagement and Retention: Plan and execute initiatives to boost employee engagement and retain top talent.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources related field
- At least 2 years’ relevant working experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in oral and written English and local dialects. Capability in Mandarin, Korean and/or Japanese languages is a strong advantage.
- Strong administrative, interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Can work independently or with least supervision
- Neat, tidy and pleasant appearance.
