Job description

Oversee and ensure the accurate and timely execution of the monthly payroll process.

Manage the complete range of monthly payroll activities, including statutory compliance and employee data processing.

Provide support for salary reviews, promotions, and performance-based pay adjustments

Administration & Documentation

Assist in employee benefits programs including health insurance, life insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.

Ensure employee payroll records are consistently updated, maintained in the system, accurately filed for employee records and payroll reports, and readily available for viewing.

Conduct regular salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure pay equity and competitiveness

Responsible for managing staff claims.

Reporting

Generate payroll-related reports for internal stakeholders, audit purposes, or as required, ensuring timely and accurate information is available when needed.

Communication

Handle payroll-related queries and grievances from employees in a timely and professional manner.

Assist in compensation policy development and communication to employees

Ad-Hoc Tasks

To perform any other duties as assigned by superior(s) from time to time.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Human Resources /Business Administration or equivalent.

At least 2 year of experience in the related field.

Able to work under pressure with good time management skills.

Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is an advantage, as the role involves communication with China-based customers on RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) compliance and audit matters.

Good interpersonal skills and able to work with all levels of employees.
