Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Human Resources Executive to join us. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll processing, employee data management, and compliance with labor regulations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and strong interpersonal communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the full cycle of the recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.

Calculate and process monthly payroll, including basic salaries, overtime, and allowances.

Monitor and verify attendance records and manage employee leave balances to ensure accurate payroll processing.

Compute and apply statutory deductions such as EPF, SOCSO, HRDF, and income tax.

Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment status, and benefits data.

Assist in performance reviews related to promotions, bonuses, salary increments, and staff confirmations.

Draft and issue formal letters, memos, and HR-related documentation.

Participate in internal and external audits (ISO 9001, HACCP, ISO 22000) to ensure compliance with HR and safety standards.

Perform general administrative tasks and any other duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

Degree in any field from a recognized institution of higher learning.

Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar HR role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL software.

Strong attention to detail with excellent planning and organizational skills.

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines.

Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and colleagues.
