Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive based in Selangor to deliver comprehensive HR support and streamline daily office operations. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, payroll coordination (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB), policy compliance, employee engagement, facility management, and administrative duties. The ideal candidate excels in regulatory environments, thrives on multitasking in a fast-paced setting, and is passionate about enhancing HR systems (e-leave, HRIS), onboarding workflows, and process efficiency. You’ll play a pivotal role in nurturing an inclusive culture while ensuring operational and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

HR Administration & Operations

Handle recruitment activities: job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding & offboarding processes

Maintain accurate HR records: employment contracts, personal files, probation reviews, leaves, timesheets, and payroll support .

Process monthly payroll inputs, employee claims, benefits, and manage statutory filings (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)

Employee Engagement & Communications

Assist in training sessions, internal communications, and employee engagement events

Address HR queries such as policy clarifications, benefits, attendance, and welfare support

Office & Facilities Administration

Manage office supplies inventory, vendor coordination, facilities upkeep, and IT equipment support

Handle mail, phone, reception coverage, and general administrative duties

Compliance & Reporting

Ensure adherence to Malaysian employment and immigration regulations

Prepare HR metrics, monthly manpower reports, statutory reports, and ad-hoc documentation for audits

Ad-Hoc Projects & Continuous Improvement

Support special HR initiatives, policy implementation, and process improvements

Contribute to enhancing HR systems (e-leave, e-claims, HRIS), onboarding workflows, and office efficiency

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

1–5 years’ experience in HR and admin roles, preferably within Malaysia with exposure to statutory compliance.

Solid knowledge of Malaysian labour laws (Employment Act, SOCSO, EPF), payroll, leave, and claims processes.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational abilities.

High confidentiality, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to take initiative.
