About the role

In this full-time role based in Ipoh, Perak, you will play a crucial part in supporting the company's HR and administrative functions. What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and exit processes
  • Administering HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Providing HR advisory and support to management and employees
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR-related documentation
  • Coordinating office administration tasks, such as managing inventory, procurement, and facilities management
  • Assisting with the implementation of HR initiatives and projects
  • Contributing to the development of a positive, engaging, and productive work environment

What we're looking for

  • Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR Cum Admin role, preferably in the Accounting industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
