Job Title: Junior Human Resources Executive

Location: Bandar Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur

Working Days & Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make sound planning for hiring right and timely to ensure fulfilment of the required manpower.

  • Manage the process of on and off boarding smoothly

  • Manage the process coordination of performance assessment from probation period to confirmation, and annual review. Ensure data are collated for further actions by management.

  • Prepare data collection for the purpose of training and development program arrangement. Assist superior to coordinate programs execution and post-training activities.

  • Use relevant information gathered to propose to superior staff engagement activities to create harmonious bonding among staff.

  • Prepare hr confidential correspondences such as letter of offer, disciplinary letters, government authority letters, etc.

  • Assist in tardiness record of staff.

  • Manage adhoc hr project and personnel administrative function that relates to staff benefits and wellbeing.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any related field

  • Ability to deal with confidential matters in a right manner

  • Has a flair with structure and organisation of things (process-driven)

  • Able to catch the gist of a conversation for action

  • Fresh graduate who has passion in people/customer servicing and documentation work
