Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia (Work from office)

Salary Range: RM 3,000 – RM 6,000 (negotiable based on prior salary & experience)

Employment Type: Full-time (12 months renewable contract)

Tech Mahindra is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Business Partner with proven experience in IT industry to join our HR team.

Responsibilities:

  • Induction & Exit Support
  • Compliance & Reporting

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in HR generalist or employee relations roles.
  • Proven ability to handle grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters independently.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Japanese, Mandarin, or Cantonese is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR practices is essential.
  • Able to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.

  • Assertive, fair, and tactful in handling difficult conversations.
  • Reliable, self-driven, and detail oriented.
  • Able to build trust with employees and managers at all levels.
