· Manage end-to-end project operations, including hiring processes & client engagement

· Support end to end recruitment from sourcing, ads posting, interviewing, offer management till on-boarding.

· Conduct letter offer briefing and on-boarding training, ensuring proper documentation is in place

· Assist in rostering and workforce management based on client needs

· Collect and organize monthly timesheets and documents for payroll team to process payroll

· Partner with consultant to manage employee relations issues, performance related matter till exit management

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field

· Experience in recruitment and administrative tasks

· Detail-oriented and well-organized

· Able to work independently and ensure timely delivery of assigned projects

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
