What you'll be doing:

  1. Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  2. Prepare employment offers, contracts, and onboarding materials.
  3. Ensure all application and hiring paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
  5. Plan, coordinate, and participate in career day activities.
  6. Conduct reference checks.
  7. Assist in analyzing current and future workforce needs.
  8. Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
