About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team at Erapoly Global Sdn Bhd. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of HR services across the organisation. This is a full-time position based in Kajang, Selangor.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing generalist HR support to our employees, including managing queries, processing HR documentation, and assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and initiatives
  • Assisting with the coordination of HR-related projects, such as performance reviews and training programmes
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases
  • Collaborating with the HR team to identify and address HR-related issues
  • Providing administrative support to the HR function as required

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and labour laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in data management and proficient in the use of HR information systems
  • Proactive, organised and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
