Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in Simpang Ampat. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day HR activities. This role requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to handle HR-related inquiries and tasks efficiently.

Job Scope

  1. Manage foreign workers application process and ensure all requirements are met.
  2. Arrange training based on employee needs.
  3. Collaborate with vendors related to staff welfare, such as canteen and company transport providers.
  4. Coordinate with security and cleaning vendors.
  5. Lead recruitment activities.
  6. Manage employee insurance processes.
  7. Issue employee name tags and uniforms.
