Job summary

A leading importer of copier parts is looking for an HR Assistant in Selangor, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will formulate HR policies, manage payroll data, and assist in employee induction processes. A diploma in Business or related fields and at least one year of relevant experience are required. Job description
Responsibilities
  • Assist in formulating and implementation of HR policies & procedures.
  • Carry out other HR initiatives and project assignments such as payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
  • Assist in organizing the staff orientation / induction programme for new staff/employees.
  • Update the Employee Listing of the new hires for Payroll updates.
  • Monitor and record attendance for the Company’s employees (TMS).
  • Record employees' claims & company assets records.
Requirements
  • Minimum a Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Human Resource or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field.
  • Proficiency in English and Malay communication skills.
  • Can start work immediately / within 30 days.
  • Must possess own transport.
