Job Purpose
The HR Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the People & Culture team, focusing on Talent Development & Engagement, HR Administration, and Recruitment. This role ensures smooth coordination of processes, accurate record management, and the successful execution of employee engagement initiatives, training activities, and recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Development & Engagement (40%)
- Coordinate staff engagement activities, including planning, logistics, and on-site support.
- Assist in organizing company events, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives.
- Support the development and distribution of engagement communication materials.
- Assist with pre- and post-event documentation, feedback collection, and reporting.
- Help maintain records related to employee engagement and learning & development programs.
2. HR Administration (30%)
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date HR records in both digital and physical formats.
- Provide administrative support for general office operations and HR-related documentation.
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and documents, ensuring alignment with brand standards and design aesthetics.
- Handle scheduling, documentation, and follow-up actions to ensure timely completion of HR processes.
- Support HR compliance and filing requirements.
3. Recruitment Coordination (30%)
- Schedule interviews, coordinate candidate assessments, and manage logistics.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview details and follow-up.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and assist in preparing recruitment reports.
- Support the onboarding process, including documentation and induction coordination.
Key Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR administration, recruitment, or training coordination (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply).
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); basic design skills for presentations are an advantage.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and record maintenance.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Salary Range
RM1,700 - RM2,200
