Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and multi-skilled HR & PA Executive who is fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, well-versed in HR best practices, and capable of liaising with government authorities and handling personal tasks for the company director. This is a dynamic role requiring strong organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills.

Human Resources

  • Full spectrum HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, leave, and employee records
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws (SOCSO, EPF, EIS, LHDN, JTK, HRDF, etc.)
  • Prepare HR letters, disciplinary actions, warning letters, and employment contracts
  • Maintain and update employee handbook, SOPs, and HR-related documents
  • Organize internal events, training programs, and performance appraisals

PA (Personal Assistant) Support

  • Assist company director with personal errands
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all assigned duties

Government & External Liaison

  • Liaise with government agencies (JTK, PERKESO, KWSP, HRDF, etc.)
  • Handle company statutory applications, licensing renewals, and compliance submissions

Facilities & Admin

  • Oversee basic office and facility upkeep (e.g., office supplies, maintenance scheduling, cleaner supervision)
  • Ensure company assets (laptops, printers, air-cons, safety equipment) are monitored and maintained
  • Coordinate minor renovation, repair, and service contractors when necessary
  • Maintain records of company vehicles, insurance, and asset logs

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or equivalent
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written)
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR or office admin
  • Strong knowledge of the Employment Act and HR statutory requirements
  • Well-organized, responsible, and able to handle confidential matters
  • Excellent multitasking and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively
