An established industry player is seeking a dynamic HR & Admin Manager to lead their human resources initiatives. Develop, update, and maintain all necessary HR policies such as employee handbook, procedures, HR programs, and information systems to ensure effective resource planning.
Develop, update, and maintain a remuneration strategy, compensation and benefits policies, and appropriate terms and conditions of employment.
Conduct research, analysis, and contribute ideas for the development of the HR strategy to ensure organizational development initiatives are aligned with business goals.
Create and monitor an annual budget covering HR services, employee welfare, and benefits administration.
Manage a Performance Management System that promotes high performance.
Identify, plan, and oversee Training and Development activities, ensuring they are implemented according to scope, budget, and timeline.
Monitor payroll administration to ensure accuracy of monthly payments and compliance with statutory requirements.
Handle and advise management on disciplinary, counseling, grievance, and other employee relations issues.
Maintain awareness of employment legislation requirements and provide sound advice to management.
Oversee overall office administration functions.
Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors.
