Job summary

A leading company in the manufacturing sector is seeking a Human Resources & Administration Manager to oversee recruitment, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with Malaysian regulations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration and three years of relevant experience. A competitive salary range of RM 7,000 to RM 12,000 monthly is offered, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job description

Human Resources & Administration Manager

1、Oversee the recruitment of foreign workers, work permit (PLKS) applications, and accommodation management in compliance with the Immigration Department and Ministry of Human Resources requirements.

2、Handle Industrial Relations (IR) matters, including union negotiations, dispute mediation, and employee disciplinary reviews.

3、Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies based on production needs, managing the hiring process (including interviews, background checks, and onboarding training) to ensure timely filling of vacancies.

4、Manage the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition, and handle employee transfers, promotions, and separations.

5、Assist in various HR tasks, such as personnel records management, benefits administration, and policy updates.

6、Design performance appraisal systems suitable for the manufacturing sector to enhance employee efficiency and manage salary structures.

7、Coordinate and arrange administrative affairs, maintaining daily office operations.

Job Requirements:

1、Education:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

2、Experience:Minimum 3 years of HR management experience in manufacturing, with knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and foreign worker management.

3、Language:Proficiency in English, Chinese, and the local language.

4、Communication:Strong interpersonal and employee relations skills.

5、Recruitment:Familiarity with various hiring channels; prior experience with in-house recruitment channels is preferred.

Salary Range:RM 7,000 – RM 12,000/month (Negotiable for exceptional candidates)
