The HR (Payroll and Recruitment) is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement, as well as supporting the recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify and run monthly payroll (salaries, bonuses, deductions, overtime, etc.).
Ensure accuracy of attendance, leave records, and other payroll inputs.
Handle payroll queries from employees and resolve discrepancies.
Assist the recruitment team with sourcing and screening candidates.
Requirements:
Certificate/Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
