Manage staff cost (i.e. negotiating remuneration package based on market rate).
Development of increment/ bonus scheme.
Benefits and Compensation
Lead HR projects such as compensation plans and reviews.
Measure the effectiveness of our benefits programs and recommend improvements.
Track key HR metrics like cost per hire, retention rates and comparison to market rates.
Managing staff benefit, wellness program, recognition award, and instill positive working environment.
Recruitment
Ensure adequacy of manpower and timely hiring of manpower required.
Ensure recruitment of suitable personnel with proper due diligence conducted (i.e. background check, financial check, etc).
Construct, review and update employment contracts/agreements and terms and conditions.
Preparation of job description.
Resignation and Termination
Track key HR metrics like retention and attrition rates.
Establish programme or processes for proper handover (i.e. asset, task, IT system access, etc).
Conduct exit interview to analyse the root cause of employee departure for development of employee retention programme.
Personnel File Management
Establish proper documentation system to facilitate the completeness of employee records safekeeping.
Review and approve correspondences and agreement and distribution of the letters.
Payroll Processing
Oversee payroll function by monitoring timeliness and accuracy of payroll.
Approve and upload payroll entries to banking portal for payment.
Leave and Attendance
Oversee staff attendance.
Approve leave application.
Performance Appraisal
Oversee and establish formal performance evaluation systems that is aligned with yearly bonus scheme (KPI development for departments and personnel).
