About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team at LONGI MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. (SERENDAH) in Serendah, Selangor. As the Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our human resource operations, ensuring the effective management and development of our talented workforce.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing HR strategies and policies that align with the company's overall business objectives

Managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and career development

Overseeing employee relations and addressing any HR-related issues or concerns

Administering employee benefits, compensation, and leave programs

Promoting a positive and inclusive company culture that fosters employee engagement and satisfaction

Ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations

Identifying and implementing HR best practices to drive continuous improvement

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the overall business strategy

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Human Resource Manager or in a similar leadership role

Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Excellent understanding of HR best practices, labour laws, and employment regulations

Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills

Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with employees at all levels

Proficient in data analysis and the use of HR software and systems

Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing HR teams

Passion for creating a positive and inclusive work environment
