Top Click, a leading e-commerce solutions provider in Southeast Asia, seeks a dynamic HR Manager to lead strategic human resource initiatives. You will oversee talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement in a fast-paced digital environment. We are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Manager to lead human resources initiatives within our fast-paced e-commerce organization. This role requires someone who understands the unique challenges of a digital-first workforce, can manage high-growth talent demands, and is passionate about building a strong company culture. The HR Manager will play a key role in recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
Lead hiring for diverse roles including operations, marketing, digital marketing, customer relationship, social media management, live stream management and etc.
Implement fast and scalable recruitment strategies to support business growth.
Work closely with department heads to forecast hiring needs based on business growth and seasonal demand.
2. Disciplinary Governance
Develop, implement, and regularly update the company’s disciplinary policy in alignment with labor laws and company values.
Manage all disciplinary actions including verbal/written warnings, investigations, and terminations in a fair and legally compliant manner.
Train and support managers on how to handle misconduct, attendance issues, and behavioral violations professionally and objectively.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee issues with discretion and neutrality.
Serve as the main liaison between employees and management for grievance redressal, ensuring fair outcomes.
3. Performance Management
Implement and manage a structured performance management system (PMS) using metrics tailored to fast-paced e-commerce KPIs.
Implement real-time performance tracking tools (e.g., dashboards, HRIS modules) to monitor employee contributions and flag underperformance early.
Facilitate regular one-on-one feedback sessions, coaching conversations, and performance improvement plans (PIPs) for struggling employees.
Create recognition and incentive programs that reinforce high performance and accountability.
4. Training & Development
Collaborate with department heads to identify skills gaps and coordinate relevant training.
Organize learning and development programs for the team.
Support leadership and team-building initiatives in a hybrid/remote work environment.
5. Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee issues, resolve conflicts, and create open communication channels.
Conduct regular feedback sessions and employee satisfaction surveys.
Organize engagement activities, team-building events, and incentive programs aligned with e-commerce seasonality.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business’s digital goals.
Champion a high-performance, customer-focused, and agile work culture.
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure smooth HRIS operations.
Develop and maintain HR policies that are compliant with labor laws and reflect e-commerce operational realities.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in human resource role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
Fluent in both spoken and written Bahasa Melayu and English.
Candidates fluent in Mandarin will be preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with strong computer literacy.
Proven knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficient in HR systems (HRIS), data reporting, and talent analytics.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels (from ground staff to senior leadership).
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficient and reliable in managing confidential and sensitive information.
