Job Responsibility
  1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain talent.
  2. Oversee hiring processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  3. Act as a mediator between employees and management to address workplace issues.
  4. Resolve conflicts and foster a harmonious work environment.
  5. Oversee performance appraisal processes and guide managers in evaluations.
  6. Develop performance improvement plans and recognize high-performing employees.
  7. Identify skills gaps and organize relevant training programs.
  8. Promote leadership development and career progression opportunities.
  9. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  10. Update and enforce company policies and HR guidelines.
  11. Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
  12. Benchmark compensation structures to remain competitive.
  13. Align HR goals with organizational strategy.
  14. Analyze workforce data to support decision-making.
  15. Plan for workforce changes, such as expansion or downsizing.
  16. Maintain confidentiality and ethical HR practices.
Job Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (Master preferred).
  2. Proven experience in HR leadership roles (5+ years preferred).
  3. Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
