Job description

We are representing our client, a hospitality management company specializing in the food and beverage industry. As they continue to expand their business, they are seeking to hire an experienced HR Manager to join their team. They are located in Petaling Jaya.

Job Description
  • Lead and be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, employee relations, industrial relations, and training & development.
  • Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures according to the company's guidelines and local regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll (including OT, allowances, and commissions), statutory contributions, and personal income taxes.
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs, and oversee annual performance reviews and salary structure updates.
  • Manage the annual company-wide performance review process, including data compilation, analysis, reporting, promotion exercises, and salary moderation to maintain internal equity.
  • Collaborate with department heads to resolve daily HR operational issues.
  • Handle workforce issues and employee relations matters, including conducting investigations.
  • Prepare monthly manpower analysis and reports.
  • Communicate HR-related information effectively across the organization.
  • Support other business functions as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Good knowledge of the Malaysian labor market, HR practices, and employment laws.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace tools (Drive, Chat, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides).

  • Experience in retail, hospitality, F&B, or related industries is an advantage.
