Job description
  • Recruitment: Lead the hiring process to fill open positions, from job postings to interviews.
  • Employee Support: Be a go-to resource for employees on workplace issues and help resolve conflicts.
  • Performance Management: Oversee employee performance reviews, help create development programs, and address performance issues. Assist supervisors in managing underperforming staff by guiding them through performance improvement plans (PIPs) and providing support during the process.
  • Termination Management: Manage staff terminations when performance does not improve after coaching and PIP efforts, ensuring the process is fair and compliant.
  • Policies & Compliance: Ensure company policies follow local labor laws and regulations.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Administer employee benefits and make sure salaries are competitive.
  • Employee Engagement: Design programs to boost wellbeing and productivity across all employee levels.
  • Reporting: Track HR metrics like turnover and hiring success, and report on them to leadership.
