We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resource Manager to join our team. This pivotal role is critical in shaping and implementing innovative HR strategies that enhance business performance and drive organisational growth. As a trusted advisor to the management team, you will spearhead the development of a high-performing, compliant, and people-centric culture, ensuring that the workforce remains engaged, empowered, and aligned with the company’s long-term objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
Developing and implementing human resource strategies and policies to support the company's overall business objectives. Overseeing the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees. Managing employee performance, learning and development, and training programmes. Fostering a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement and retention.
Compliance and Risk Management
Ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations. Continuously update internal policies and practices to mitigate legal and regulatory risks.
Foreign Worker Management
Overseeing hostel management, Foreign Workers and Expatriate work pass & Visa applications.
Leadership and Team Development
Providing expert HR advice and strategic guidance to the HR team, management, and broader staff. Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and professional growth across all levels. Support the development of people management capabilities within leadership teams.
Technology and Digital Enablement
Drive the adoption and optimisation of HR Information Systems (HRIS), data analytics tools, and digital platforms to enhance HR service delivery. Continuously seeking opportunities to improve HR processes, systems and overall operational efficiency.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 10 years of progressive HR leadership / Head of Department experience.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies and programmes
Excellent communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution and leadership skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Thorough understanding of labour laws and HR best practices
Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis
