About the HR role

• Manage payroll, leave, attendance, and statutory compliance
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
• Handle employee relations, discipline, and engagement
• Coordinate foreign worker matters and HR legal compliance
• Prepare HR reports and support business decision-making
• Maintain HR policies, benefits, and training support
• Liaise with authorities, vendors, and regional HR teams
• Assist in general admin and office support
