Responsibilities
  • Manage daily manpower arrangement, attendance, and worker deployment.
  • Coordinate transport, hostel arrangement, and welfare for foreign workers.
  • Ensure HA446 compliance, hostel safety, and proper documentation.
  • Handle permits, renewals, check‑out memo, FOMEMA, and immigration matters.
  • Monitor worker performance, absenteeism, discipline, and issues.
  • Identify risks (absconding, expiry, hostel non‑compliance) and prevent losses.
  • Improve processes, solve daily operational problems, and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Drive cost‑saving on transport, hostel, overtime, and vendor coordination.
Requirements
  • MUST HAVE experience in end-to-end foreign worker management (daily operations + welfare + compliance).
  • Strong process thinking, able to plan, solve, and improve workflows.
  • Good understanding of HA446, hostel rules, and worker management.
  • Plan ahead for permit expiry and manage the full timeline for FOMEMA, insurance, and immigration renewal.
  • Work closely with all departments to ensure smooth foreign worker operations.
  • Strong discipline, proactive attitude, and ability to handle operational issues independently.
  • Able to work extra hours, on weekend and public holiday as required.
  • Not afraid of ground work (hostel checks, transport issues).
  • Can think ahead, prevent problems, and manage workers firmly.
  • Responsible, structured, and compliance‑focused.
