Sentul Raya is seeking a Human Resource Executive/Senior Executive to manage recruitment, payroll, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of HR experience, focusing on enhancing employee engagement and compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ HR generalist experience, preferably in property development.
  • Well-versed in Employment Act and labour regulations.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Human Resource - Executive/Senior Executive

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Handle the full spectrum of HR operations throughout the employee life cycle and all HR documentation including but not limited to letter of appointment, transfer, confirmation, resignation, bonus, increments, salary adjustments, and others monthly reports.

Administer end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local statutory requirements.

Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs; source and recommend suitable training programs and manage HRDC claim submissions.

Support talent and performance management initiatives, including succession planning, career development, and performance appraisals.

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution in accordance with company policies and labour law.

Plan and organize employee engagement initiatives and events to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labour laws and organizational goals.

Analyse and enhance HR workflows and operational processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.

Support HR-related projects, including system implementations and continuous process improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Minimum of 3 years’ HR generalist experience, preferably in the property development industry.

Well-versed in Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and other relevant labour regulations.

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
