Join a leading FMCG company as a Human Resource Executive, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, and performance management while ensuring compliance with HR regulations and policies.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and job portals.
• Market research for salary benchmark.
• Handle in payroll processing, staff claims, and statutory contributions.
• Handle employee benefits administration such as insurance, leave, and medical claims.
• Review staff handbook with yearly basic.
• Review staff benefit from time to time within budget.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances, ensuring timely resolution.
• Support and implement employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.
• Assist in conducting exit interviews and analysing attrition trends.
4. Performance Management
• Coordinate and monitor the performance appraisal process.
• Assist in tracking KPIs and identifying training needs or development gaps.
• Support line managers in setting performance goals and improvement plans.
5. HR Operations & Compliance
• Maintain and update employee records in Excel file.
• Ensure HR processes comply with local labour laws and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports, statistics, and dashboards as required.
Skills & knowledge requirements:
•At least a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
•At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR Management/ HRBP/ Recruiter, preferably in the FMCG industry
•Ability to work closely with various stakeholders.
•Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws/regulations.
•Good at communication & consultant skills.
•High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
•Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
•Ability to exercise discretion and capacity to handle private & confidential issues.
